給袋式真空包裝機(jī)

設(shè)備介紹：應(yīng)用于使用材料為塑料復(fù)合膜、鋁箔復(fù)合膜的真空包裝。采用PLC程序控制,人機(jī)界面操控。使用內(nèi)外凸輪 加連桿、齒輪傳動(dòng)。整個(gè)工作流程分為包裝袋自動(dòng)上袋、生產(chǎn)日期噴碼(選配)、開袋、自動(dòng)投放物料、自動(dòng)清理袋口、 整平袋口、物料檢測、工序轉(zhuǎn)接、抽真空、真空度檢測、熱封、冷卻、成品輸出、產(chǎn)品數(shù)量統(tǒng)計(jì),全過程自動(dòng)完成,整 機(jī)運(yùn)行速度節(jié)拍可調(diào)。

Equipment introduction: Used for vacuum packaging with plastic composite film and aluminum foil composite film as materials. Adopting PLC program control and human-machine interface control. Use internal and external camshafts with connecting rods and gear transmission. The entire workflow is divided into automatic bagging of packaging bags, production date coding (optional), bag opening, automatic material placement, automatic cleaning of bag openings, leveling of bag openings, material testing, process transfer, vacuum pumping, vacuum degree testing, heat sealing, cooling, finished product output, and product quantity statistics. The entire process is completed automatically, and the operating speed of the entire machine is adjustable.
